A global FMCG required assistance in the deployment of a new DAM and Workflow tool to manage 2000 brands over 200 markets. Borrowed Insight provided the DAM expertise, helping to create process flows and a deployment plan, finalise taxonomy work, as well as creating best practice and governance material to support the rollout of the new tool and ways of working. Alongside this we worked with the marketing, master data, internal IT and external vendors to ensure the smooth deployment of the new tool to both internal and external users.
A European oral health company required a Master Data strategy to cover product master data and consumer data in line with the deployment of new master data management tools. We provided the expertise to help assess the current landscape including existing data practices and technology, and recommend and deploy new processes, governance and best practice materials. We also created all the accompanying training materials to assist in the successful rollout of the new strategy across European markets.
A North American Not For Profit charity were seeking help in the procurement of a new digital asset management tool to manage their extensive picture archive and monetise the image and video content they produced. We worked with them to produce a comprehensive wants and needs list, produced their RFI and assessed the vendor landscape for them, producing a shortlist of suitable candidates for them to interview and assess. This led to a success procurement of a technology that was suited to their needs and their long term future.
